Business testing and responsible report use.
Business-only testing.
Mass Peak Labs provides peptide analytical testing for established companies acting through authorized business representatives. Testing inquiries require a company name and EIN to support business eligibility review. An EIN submission does not automatically verify a company or guarantee acceptance. Samples from individuals for personal use are not accepted.
Research use only.
Services are for research-use-only (RUO) materials. Testing and COAs do not authorize or recommend human or veterinary use, and do not establish that a material is safe to consume, administer or sell for a particular use. This website does not provide medical advice.
Before sending samples.
Submit an inquiry first. The lab must confirm business eligibility, testing scope and sample-submission instructions before materials are shipped. Provide accurate sample identifiers and relevant handling information.
Scope and results.
Services may include HPLC purity analysis and LC-MS identity testing, with agreed add-ons such as net content, endotoxin testing and conformity checks. Read each COA with its sample identification, methods, results and limitations. A result applies to the tested sample and agreed scope; it does not automatically establish the quality of an entire batch or untested material. Purity and identity alone do not establish sterility, clinical suitability or regulatory approval.
COA library use.
Signed-in visitors may search company reports and view them on screen. Authorized laboratory administrators control uploads and report changes. Do not alter reports, remove identifying information, present a partial report as complete, or misrepresent an untested product. Do not bulk-copy, scrape or redistribute library content without laboratory permission. Download and print tools are not provided. On-screen access cannot prevent screenshots or all copying.
Corrections and service arrangements.
Report any inconsistent company, sample identifier or result through the Contact page before relying on a report. Include its identifier and your concern. The lab may correct or replace reports; use the current version provided by the lab. An inquiry is not an accepted order. Pricing, turnaround estimates, payment, cancellations, sample handling and additional service terms must be confirmed in the written quotation or service agreement.
Account security.
Use accurate details and keep sign-in credentials private. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls or upload through unauthorized routes. Report suspected misuse to the lab.
