Privacy Policy

About this policy.
Mass Peak Labs uses this website to receive business peptide-testing inquiries and provide signed-in access to company Certificates of Analysis.

Information you provide.
Registration collects your name and email. Sign-in is processed by our account service provider or the social sign-in option you choose. Testing inquiries collect your name, company, business email, EIN, sample details, requested tests and message. Privacy requests collect your name, reply email and request details. Do not include passwords, Social Security numbers or personal medical information in forms.

Why we collect company EINs.
Testing is available to established companies, not individuals submitting samples for personal use. Company names and EINs support business eligibility review. The lab researches company information before deciding whether to respond, accept work or provide shipping instructions. An EIN does not automatically verify a business or guarantee acceptance. An EIN is not required to search COAs or submit a privacy request.

How information is used.
Information supports account access, business eligibility review, testing requests, related communications and records, privacy requests and website security. An inquiry is not an accepted order or permission to ship samples.

Service providers and disclosures.
Our website hosting, account, form, social sign-in and spam-prevention providers process information when their services are used, under their own policies. The lab and authorized personnel review submissions. Service providers may process information to operate these features. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Cookies and technical information.
The website and integrated services may process IP addresses, device/browser information and cookies for sign-in, security and site operation. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if enabled, are subject to available cookie controls. Browser settings also allow cookie management; blocking necessary cookies may prevent site features from working.

Retention and security.
The lab’s policy is to retain information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, laboratory and business records, applicable obligations and resolving disputes. Retention depends on record type and purpose. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it. No website or transmission method is completely secure. COA display controls cannot prevent all copying or screenshots; the library is not a confidential document-transfer channel.

Privacy requests.
Use the Privacy Requests form below to ask about access, correction or deletion of information, or raise a privacy concern. Provide enough detail to locate your account or inquiry. Do not send identity documents or sensitive identifiers unless the lab requests an appropriate verification method. The lab may need to verify identity or authority; deletion may be limited by applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. No company EIN is required.

Updates.
The current version of this policy will be available on this page as the website and its practices change.
